There was nothing I didn't like.

The lounge area doubled as a breakfast spot and workspace. Close proximity to office. Helpful staff. Modern decor in contrast to Hilton with a convenient shopping center nearby. Smooth transition between hotels.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The first thing we loved was the proximity to the shopping mall and restaurants. It made it so convenient for us to enjoy a nice romantic dinner without having to go too far. we really appreciated the unique decor in our suite on the 13th floor. It added a special touch to our stay and made us feel like we were in a luxurious and exclusive space. Lastly, the room service was excellent. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, great to have a cozy and private meal in our room.

One downside was the noise level in the rooms. There was a constant buzzing noise, a bit annoying at times.

The staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular incident stood out to me. While working in the lobby, I was unsure if there was a suitable space for business meetings. A friendly staff member approached me and not only informed me about the well-equipped business centre but also escorted me there personally. This level of personalized service exceeded my expectations.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a great shower with hot water available 24/7. The hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping mall, making it easy to find restaurants and other amenities.
