The lounge area doubled as a breakfast spot and workspace. Close proximity to office. Helpful staff. Modern decor in contrast to Hilton with a convenient shopping center nearby. Smooth transition between hotels.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The first thing we loved was the proximity to the shopping mall and restaurants. It made it so convenient for us to enjoy a nice romantic dinner without having to go too far. we really appreciated the unique decor in our suite on the 13th floor. It added a special touch to our stay and made us feel like we were in a luxurious and exclusive space. Lastly, the room service was excellent. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, great to have a cozy and private meal in our room.
One downside was the noise level in the rooms. There was a constant buzzing noise, a bit annoying at times.

The staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular incident stood out to me. While working in the lobby, I was unsure if there was a suitable space for business meetings. A friendly staff member approached me and not only informed me about the well-equipped business centre but also escorted me there personally. This level of personalized service exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was really good, from the super clean rooms to the well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a spacious room. We loved the convenience of the direct connection to the shopping center with a great selection of reasonably priced restaurants. the location was perfect for us, as it was near the WTC area and only a 20-minute drive to the airport.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Sao Paulo. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the gentleman at the front door who helped me arrange transportation to my destination every morning. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a great shower with hot water available 24/7. The hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping mall, making it easy to find restaurants and other amenities.
